FAQ

WHAT ARE THE AWARDS?
It's just one way we try to express our appreciate for all of the people that served in the church during the last calendar month. There are two honors awarded every month:

#1. The Good and Faithful Award - One person every month is chosen at random from a list of volunteers submitted by their respective Department Leaders. The leaders submit people who have served that month and fulfilled the 3 P's - Prepared, Punctual, having a Positive Attitude. A person can be submitted as many times that they served AND fulfilled the 3 P's.
(e.g. If Cranston served 3 times during that month, and fulfilled the 3 P's each time, then you can submit his name 3 times.)

#2. The Extra Mile Award - Out of the all the names submitted above, Department Leaders are able to nominate someone (or 2) they feel went above and beyond just the 3 P's. When you nominate someone, the form will ask you a brief description as to "why" they deserve it.

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?
The winner of The Extra Mile Award will receive a $50 gift card, while the winner of The Good and Faithful Award  will receive a $100 gift card.

WHO SUBMITS THE NOMINEES FOR BOTH AWARDS?
Department Leaders are responsible to submit their nominations for both awards.

WHEN?
Please submit names from last month by the 3RD day of the current month. Any names not submitted by that day will not be included in the drawing for either award.

CAN I SUBMIT MY NAME?
Yes! If you served and met the 3 P's, we WANT you to submit your name! This is as much intended as a blessing for you as it is for your volunteers!
